"We're not really in the chicken business; but the people business.”

How Does the Chicken Cross the Road?

At Chick-fil-A Supply, the answer to this age-old questions is—with lots of help. It’s our pleasure to serve local Chick-fil-A restaurants ® , and it takes many hands working together to do so with safety, care and excellence.

Warehouse

It starts in the warehouse, where the distribution center team:

  • Receives, stages and stocks inbound supplies in the warehouse
  • Picks orders and transports products throughout the distribution center
  • Loads outbound supplies securely onto trucks for delivery

Transportation

Next, the transportation team, made up of CDL truck drivers, navigators and the vehicle maintenance crew, works together to:

  • Deliver critical ingredients and supplies to Chick‑fil‑A restaurants
  • Unload and put away product according to Operator preference
  • Keep vehicles in tip-top shape

Operational Support

Behind the scenes, other critical roles on the Chick‑fil‑A Supply team help keep us running daily. These include:

  • Administrative Support
  • Customer Service
  • Human Resources
  • Safety and Quality (SQC)
  • On-site Facility and Equipment Maintenance
"When you are facing hurricane preparation issues ... and your back doorbell rings, you open it to find two people (angels) from Chick‑fil‑A Supply. This is second mile service.”
